Olympics Kit Reveal

Cut From the Cold.

For the Milano Cortina Olympic Games, lululemon had a stunning Team Canada Athlete Kit to reveal. Rather than treating it like a traditional product launch, we asked a more interesting question: what if guests had to enter the environment the collection was designed for?

Our concept transformed the Toronto flagship into an immersive world shaped by the Canadian elements. The strategy put product performance and athlete storytelling at the center while giving media a reveal with the drama and visual impact of a fashion show.

No Spectators.

The experience was built around participation and discovery rather than passive viewing. Guests moved through an architectural landscape of icy translucency, reflective finishes, atmospheric lighting, mist and topographic graphics, with English and French appearing side by side throughout.

Athletes first appeared as silhouettes behind an icy wall before emerging onto the main stage, creating a dramatic reveal of the collection itself. A dedicated kit wall elevated the full product system, while an interview environment gave press and athletes a purpose-built place to continue the story.

The cold wasn’t just a visual theme. It became the organizing idea for the entire experience — reinforcing that these athletes, and the product built for them, aren’t simply from Canada. They’re made by it.
